In this example, we were called in to help out a client with a crawlspace wall that was settling. The engineer drew for helical piers to be installed to catch the lintel and reinforce the foundation. We also ended up rebuilding the wall due to the degradation of the CMU blocks. We were able to lift this wall back to level, with our ICC approved helical piers! We achieved a safety factor of 3 (three times required capacity).
